These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ec999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated at ec999.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality provided through the ec999 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing ec999.cam, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the ec999 platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered player account created on ec999.cam.
• "Balance" — the total funds (real money and/or bonus funds) held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to your Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Funds" — actual monetary deposits made by you into your Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required under operator policy and applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Game Contribution Rate" — the percentage by which stakes placed on a specific game category count towards satisfying a wagering requirement.
• "Platform" — the ec999 website, its sub-domains, associated mobile applications and all services accessible through ec999.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or operator policy.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on ec999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. The 18+ threshold does not in itself render gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion applies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions under applicable international or local regulations where such restrictions apply.

ec999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of this process. Providing false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the ec999 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

KYC documentation may include:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction volumes warrant enhanced due diligence.

ec999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay or close an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.

Deposits are processed through payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Availability of specific payment methods — including those referenced for contextual familiarity such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and depends on operator policy and technical availability.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods owned and registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• ec999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ec999 accepts no liability.
• Deposits made from unverified accounts may be held pending KYC completion.
• ec999 accepts cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT where technically enabled, subject to applicable conversion rates and blockchain confirmation requirements.
• All deposits must represent funds that are legitimately owned by the depositing player and must not be derived from any criminal activity.

ec999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions of this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Maximum Stake During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum stake per spin or bet applies — typically in the range of PKR 200 to PKR 500 per round. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution tables are published on individual promotion pages.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Unmet wagering requirements upon expiry will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky: Bonus type (sticky or non-sticky) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from any withdrawal; sticky bonuses are used for wagering only and are never withdrawable.
• Maximum Cashout from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. Any amount exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum deposit to activate — commonly PKR 1,000 to PKR 2,000. The specific qualifying amount will be stated on each promotion.

ec999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. ec999 also reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, the use of prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or the use of automated tools.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Payments to third parties are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of request. These may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there are active bonus funds in your account with unsatisfied wagering requirements attached to those funds, unless you voluntarily forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
• ec999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. Actual processing times are not guaranteed and may vary.
• ec999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Requests may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or Terms breach, withdrawal requests may be suspended indefinitely pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on the ec999 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general provisions:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round or bet placement, the result recorded by ec999's servers shall be considered final, subject to any applicable dispute process.
• ec999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where pricing errors, data feed failures or force majeure events have materially affected the integrity of the market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, including where live data cannot be reliably confirmed.
• Cricket, football, UFC and other sports betting markets are subject to their respective sport-specific rule sets, which are published separately within the Platform's help section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ec999 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — any such instances must be reported to ec999 immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or multi-player formats.
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade anti-money laundering (AML) controls or to obscure the source of funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other account-related process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may cause harm to ec999, other users or third parties.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct towards ec999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

ec999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and obligations form part of our contractual commitment to player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts for any defined period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the period expires.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ec999 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to continue using the Platform. However, the effectiveness of self-exclusion may depend on the accuracy of information provided by the player. Players are encouraged to also seek exclusion through any other gambling platforms they use.

All content on the ec999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, design elements and data — is the intellectual property of ec999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display Platform content without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use automated means to scrape, index or extract Platform data.
• Use ec999's trademarks, brand name or logos without explicit written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ec999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.
• ec999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• ec999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.
• ec999 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, government actions or third-party payment provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

ec999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding the Platform's defined inactivity threshold (details available in the FAQ).

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to pending verification) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ec999 holds its operating licence. The specific licensing jurisdiction is disclosed within the Platform's licensing information section.

By using the ec999 platform, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall first be subject to the Platform's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to any external adjudicatory body.

ec999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent Platform notice prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ec999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
